Beginning with 2010, the COS is using a new joint sponsor for continuing medical education. The new system is applicable to the 2010 annual meeting, as well as all monthly conferences beginning in March 2010. In order to claim your CME credit and print an attendance certificate, you must complete a short online evaluatio form. Below are links to the various meeting evaluation forms. In general, these links will be active for about 60 days after the conference, but we strongly urge you to complete the evaluation and print out your CME certificate as soona s possible.
