Monthly Meeting Registration COS members in good standing may register online for the regular monthly conferences. Your pre-registration is necessary so that we can accurately plan for the dinner and a pleasant experience for all in attendance.

Chicago Ophthalmic Calendar
The COS works hard to keep track of conferences, meetings and events that will be of interest to the ophthalmic community in Chicago. Included are local meetings, national conferences of significance, and some international meetings.
We depend on you to help keep this information current. If you have an event to submit, contact the COS administrative office by submitting this event form. Be prepared to provide the name of the event, the location (including address), a contact person with phone and email, the target audience and whether the meeting has CME credit.

COS 2011-2012 Monthly Meetings
The Chicago Ophthalmological Society is pleased to announce the 2010/11 monthly dinner program schedule. All meetings will take place at the University of Chicago's downtown Gleacher Center.
Directions & Parking CLICK HERE to download a PDF site map, including parking options. Discount parking is available in the NBC Tower garage (access from lower level off Illinois Street). Get your parking ticket validated at the security desk in the lobby of the Gleacher Center.
Members are asked to please complete the online CME claim process as soon as possible after the monthly conference. We cannot guarantee that the system will be available more than 60 days after the meting. If you have not filed your CME claim for a previous meeting, we have provided all of the links to the online claim system -- each us unique to that particular conference. Resident Case Presentations at Monthly Conferences
Beginning in 2009, COS initiated a series of case presentations & discussions featuring residents from the various training programs in Chicago. This addition to the program has resulted in an interesting educational element for the evening and has been well-received by the membership.
