Pay Your COS Dues

We appreciate your membership in the Chicago Ophthalmological Society.  Through the participation of ophthalmologists like yourself, the COS has been able to offer excellent clinical education to eye physicians throughout Chicagoland for more than 125 years.

There are several categories of membership in the COS.  "Life" and "Emeritus" members do not pay any dues.  All others -- including those who are retired but have not yet qualified for the Life or Emeritus categories -- must pay the annual dues... currently $325.  Your membership includes attendance at the quarterly dinner meetings without any additional charge.

Starting in 2023, we are offering the option of automatically renewing your COS membership.  When you complete the online dues form, you'll be asked whether you wish to "opt in." If you say "yes," next year's COS dues will be charged automatically next summer (no later than August 1, 2023) to the credit card you are using for this year's dues.  Please make sure the card used has an expiration date later than August 2023.
