COS GrubHub Member Benefit

We are very pleased to be able to offer attendees at our COS meeting the opportunity to have dinner with us!  COS has arranged through GrubHub to provide a "credit" of $35 toward a meal ordered by a meeting attendee.

 

Please review the notes below so you are familiar with how this program works.  And then, Bon Appétit!

 

• A credit will be applied to a GrubHub account associated with the email address used to register for the COS meeting. 
• If you already have a GrubHub account, but it uses a different email address, you'll need to open a GrubHub account with the address used for COS.
• New to GrubHub?  Just open an account with the email address used to register for COS and you'll be ready to dine!
• If you need to open a GrubHub account, CLICK HERE and follow the instructions to create an account..
• Register for the COS meeting no later than noon on the Friday before the conference to receive the GrubHub credit.  We will be uploading the list of meeting attendees shortly after 12 noon so that the credits are properly applied to our meeting attendees.  
• Please note:  If you miss this deadline, we will be unable to give you the GrubHub credit.
• You can still register for the meeting up until Monday afternoon, but registrations after noon on Friday will be without the GrubHub benefit.
• You can place an order for the meeting between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of the COS meeting, and you can specify the time of delivery anytime up until 9:00 p.m. that day.
• If your order is more than $35, you'll be responsible for the difference.
• The COS credit is $35, and it will appear in your account automatically on the day of the meeting beginning at 9 a.m.  YOU WILL SEE THE CREDIT WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT.
• The credit cannot be transferred to a different account and must be used on the day of the COS meeting.
• You may receive an automated email from GrubHub inviting you to order, and it will go to the address we have in the COS system.  But, you do not need to have that email in order to receive the COS credit... it will be applied automatically to an account (existing or new) using the email address we have in the COS system.
