Arun D. Singh, MD Title: Conjunctival Tumors : Usual and Unusual Variants
Arun D. Singh, MD, is Director of the Department of Ophthalmic Oncology in the Cole Eye Institute at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. He is Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London, United Kingdom, and the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has published more than 160 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and has edited a major textbook, Clinical Ophthalmic Oncology, published by Elsevier. Please register no later than Friday, September 14th. Members of the COS can register using the on-line form. If you are registering a guest or if you otherwise owe a fee, use the paper form which can be downloaded in PDF format.
Annual COS dues includes attendance at the monthly dinners. Therefore, there is no charge for members in good standing.*
For non-members, guests and members in arrears, the registration fee is $75. Residents & fellows in training are not charged, but advance registration is still required.

* Members are considered "in good standing" if their dues are now paid.
